These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the My Own Keys mobile application ("App") provided by My Own Keys ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You may use My Own Keys solely for your personal, non-commercial moving and home-management purposes. You agree not to:
You must create an account to use most features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Certain features of My Own Keys require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. Payments are billed to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
You retain ownership of any photos, notes, or other content you create in the App ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the App's services to you. We do not sell or share Your Content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App and its original content (excluding Your Content) are and remain the exclusive property of My Own Keys and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Own Keys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time within the App settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
